Taught by Micheley, this six-week course is ideal for beginners or for meditators who wish to reconnect with a regular practice. Together, we’ll explore a variety of meditation techniques and gentle yoga, with a focus on bringing mindfulness into everyday activities. Participants will be encouraged to engage in 20–30 minutes of home practice each day. A special part of this course is the 6-hour silent mini-retreat during week five, offering space for deeper immersion.
