Private Sound Healing Sessions
Experience a deeply restorative one-on-one or small group sound healing session with visiting sound healer and intuitive channel Michelle Morton.
Using 432hz harp, voice, drum, tuning forks, chimes, and crystal bowls, Michelle creates a guided vibrational journey designed to help release emotional blocks, clear stagnant energy, and restore energetic balance.
Each session is intentionally kept small so Michelle can tune in to your individual energy and auric field. Through sound, intuitive singing, and vibrational instruments, you’ll be guided into a state where your system can soften, open, and realign.
Sessions may include intuitive messages and energetic support from ancestors, spirit guides, and the subtle realms.
This work is gentle, grounded, and deeply personal — creating a safe space for healing, clarity, and inner connection.
From Michelle: In a 1:1 sound healing session I tune into your own energy field. We can release emotional blocks using different frequencies and vocal toning. If you feel stuck, stagnant or like your life in a repetitive loop we can open the door to a new beginning. It all begins and ends with us. We have the power within us to transform ourselves and our lives. I give you tools to peel away the layers to reveal to who you know you are, the person who is buried deep inside and has been afraid to come out. We are all frequency-energy. When our bio field gets off we don’t operate to our fullest potential. I will clear your field and you will set intentions for what you want your life to be. We are the masters of our lives not the other way around. This is a reset.

Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony + Sound
with Guest Healer Michelle Morton
This Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony + Sound is a two-hour experience designed to support deep relaxation, presence, and reconnection.
We begin by preparing blue lotus tea, an ancient flower traditionally associated with opening the heart and awakening intuition. While the tea is prepared, you’ll be guided through gentle vocal toning to help the body soften and settle. The tea offers a calming effect similar to strong chamomile, helping the body settle and the mind slow.
After enjoying the tea, you’ll rest into a sound healing journey with harp, crystal singing bowls, drum, and voice. These instruments are tuned to 432 Hz and offer grounding vibrations that support the release of tension, help clear stagnant energy, and invite a return to your natural flow.
This ceremony is an invitation to slow down and remember your own inner harmony — to feel nurtured, supported, and gently held in community.

This tea ceremony is offered as a complementary wellness experience and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. If you are pregnant or nursing, taking medications (especially those that affect the nervous system), or have a history of mental health conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before participating. Stillness + Strings: Restorative Yoga + Sound Experience
with Kristin Wise + Michelle Morton
This Spring Equinox, we invite you into a space of renewal and gentle awakening.
Through slow, grounding yoga, moments of stillness, and a live sound healing with harp and layered instruments, we’ll attune to the quiet shift of the season — the return of light, the stirring of new growth, the soft unfurling within.
This practice is nourishing, spacious, and deeply restorative — offering room to release what feels heavy, plant fresh intentions, and reconnect with your own natural rhythm. As the body softens and breath deepens, the heart space opens with ease, making way for clarity, vitality, and possibility.
The sounds guide you inward like sunlight filtering through early spring leaves, while the postures create space for expansion and renewal from the inside out.
An offering of balance, growth, and beautiful sound connection as we step into a new season together.

Relax Deeply: A Restorative Yoga Immersion
2.5 hr workshop with Nicki Doane | Maya Yoga
Life moves fast, and even with all our modern tools to stay organized, stress still finds its way in. Most of us don’t take enough time to truly rest and reset our nervous system, which can leave us feeling depleted. Our nervous system has two sides: the sympathetic, which is the active “fight or flight” response, and the parasympathetic, which is the calming, restorative side. Both are important, but this class is devoted to nourishing your parasympathetic system—the side that allows deep healing and quiet.
Take this time for yourself and let Nicki guide you into an experience of dropping in, softening, and letting go into true relaxation. Through the use of bolsters, props, gentle asana, pranayama, and the timeless stories of ancient Yoga myths, you’ll cultivate the art of slowing down. It is a gift to make space for self-care, and you deserve it.

Lunges for Hips + Back Freedom
2.5 hr workshop with Nicki Doane | Maya Yoga
Lunges are some of the most effective, intelligent, and versatile poses we can practice. In this class, we will explore the complete series of Maya Yoga lunges, learning how each variation uniquely opens the body and deepens awareness of alignment.
These strong yet safe poses invite length and extension in the front body while cultivating grounding and stability in the front leg. With mindful use of props and breath, we will awaken the quadriceps, psoas, and hips, creating space in the lower back and a sense of ease in the spine.
The sequence builds towards gentle, supported backward bends that arise naturally from the space and openness cultivated by the lunges. We honor the balance of strength and openness that lunges teach us—the grounding energy of the front leg and the receptive, expansive quality of the back leg. This duality mirrors the way we can stay rooted in the present while opening our hearts to the future.

Intro To Maya Yoga
with Nicki Doane
Maya Yoga weaves together asana, pranayama, philosophy, and poetry into a strong yet accessible workshop-style experience. Rooted in devotion to the practice and a sincere desire to share yoga as a living, breathing path, Maya Yoga invites students to experience yoga as spirit in action.
The word maya—Sanskrit for “illusion”—reminds us that things are rarely what they seem. In this spirit, Maya Yoga is never quite what you expect. Nicki skillfully integrates yogic philosophy into the physical practice while keeping the tone light, human, and approachable, offering space for curiosity, insight, and even humor along the way.
This time-tested practice honors both body and mind, emphasizing safe alignment, mindful movement, and awareness of how the mind responds within each posture. Through the asana practice, Nicki offers the deeper psychological teachings of yoga—inviting reflection on what it means to be spiritual beings having a human experience.
Students often describe Maya Yoga as a feeling of coming home: a remembering that we are deeply connected, not alone, and more alike than we are different. This introductory workshop is an invitation to explore that connection—within yourself, the practice, and the shared experience of being human.
