THE CALM BEFORE THE CLIMB — A Breathwork & Visualization Experience for Mt. Marathon Runners

THE CALM BEFORE THE CLIMB

A Breathwork & Visualization Experience for Mt. Marathon Runners with Caroline McGrath

Prepare for Mt. Marathon from the inside out. In the days leading up to the race, readiness often focuses on the physical body. But how you arrive mentally, emotionally, and connected to yourself matters too.

Designed for Mt. Marathon runners, this 60-minute guided breathwork and visualization experience invites you to connect your breath, mind, and body as you prepare for race day.

Through guided breathwork, mindfulness, and visualization practices, you'll learn to regulate your nervous system, quiet the mental noise, calm pre-race nerves, and strengthen your connection with your body. Together, we'll create space to envision the experience ahead, strengthen trust in your training, meet challenge with greater presence, and reconnect with the resilience already within you.

Whether you're preparing for your first Mt. Marathon race, or are a seasoned Mt. Marathon runner, this experience offers an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and arrive at the starting line feeling more grounded, focused, confident, and connected to the strength you've already built—prepared to meet both the challenge and yourself along the way.

No prior breathwork experience is necessary. All runners are welcome.

Please bring a pillow, water bottle, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable and supported. Yoga mats, blankets, and eye pillows are available at the studio.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 1st | 9:30am (60 minutes)*
